2008
Dr. Sara Ahmed opens the PCHI Lab!

First PhD Student

2009
Shreya Prasanna joins the lab as a PhD student!

AGE-Well & INSPIRE Projects

2015
The PCHI Lab procured funding for the  MOvIT+ program, and for the INSPIRE (Initiative for the development of new technologies and practices in rehabilitation) project.

BRILLIANT Grant

2017
The BRILLANT (Biomedical Research and Informatics Living Laboratory for Innovative Advances of New Technologies) research project was awarded a $5 million grant from the Canadian Foundation for Innovation.

1st Visiting Scholar

2018
The first, via the MITACS program, visiting scholar joins the PCHI Lab!
